I’d say don’t hold your breath. I can’t imagine the mechanics of the ride wil be totally different then what it is now. The tower was built for a specific ride and I don’t see them gutting it and re-engineering something in 9 months.

Think of it this way - if the studio ticks off Affleck, Paramount, Sony, & Disney will be backing up dump trucks of cash to give him a deal. Not saying WB won’t mess it up, but they can keep in demand talent happy and loyal (see Rowling, JK).

Affleck has a ton of commercial and artistic pull and I think WB in general is trying to re-capture it’s talent-friendly reputation. I don’t foresee a ton of interference coming from the studio.

Agree - Joker looked like a cut-rate rastafarian street thug and the hump back design didn’t work.
