This is a good idea, helps allow people to use legitimate ways of getting mp3s for free (well, somewhat free- in that you pay about $2 to Coinstar for "processing" that in turn gets you a $5 Amazon card for $2)
An hour is the target for me, but I try to trim it down usually so I can get more time in (and therefore more money)
I take that back, now I don't see it here either!
I tried that myself, but upon booting into the USB bootdrive from UniBeast with 10.8 my computer would always crash. :/
Maybe Lifehacker's link is causing problems, I've tried the page on multiple connections and have seen it up.
I misunderstood the title, I thought they meant the software equivalent of upgrading. Could we get a guide on how to upgrade from Lion to Mountain Lion on Hackintosh? Pretty please?
Hi guys,
In reply to this part of the post: "there's no word on when the sale ends"
The DMCA page is still up...:
Generally, I'll pay for the "paid" version of an app, if it offers actual features that are worth the money. I'll use ad blockers to get rid of the ads, but I feel that if I'm going to pay for an app, it should have additional features that I pay for.
This is nice. One addition I'd like to see in it is whether or not the companies are p2p friendly? Lots of companies seem to frown on it, including WiTopia.
+1
I use Tixati, I've heard good things about Transmission as well (use Transmission on OSX)
Yup, someone else pointed that out as well, I mixed up Sweden and Switzerland when looking them up I believe. :x
Yikes, you're right! I must've mixed it up with Sweden when reading around. Pardon my mistake.
I really enjoyed this article, especially the part about pointing out that VPN providers were fighting dirty to be "the best". Props for calling them out on it.
I considered making a rude reply to this post. I reconsidered because I felt irony humor isn't worth posting a malicious and flaming reply.
This may be a bit delayed, but I figured I'd ask anyway- your DMCA complaint page makes me wonder about your stance on censorship. Can you please explain this? Does Astrill comply to countries' censorship laws if the complainant contacts them through that page?
I'd add a "Me too!" if I still had any contacts that used AIM. :( Haven't used it in a while because of that.
