Avocado oil has a much higher smoke point than olive oil, which is one of the reasons I changed over to it. There is no flavor that I have noticed either. Works like a charm for my cast iron!

I use Chosen Foods 100% Pure Avocado Oil spray. The ingredients list only contains Avocado oil. Is there a chance there is something lecithin hiding in there?!

Cheddar Melt from McDonalds. 1/4lb of beef, cheddar cheese sauce, and teriyaki griddled onions on a rye bun. It was heaven

Baja Chalupa (and the other one with the corn salsa, maybe Santa Fe?) was amazing. It was my first time I can remember ever eating cilantro.  you can technically still make it on the app (sub avocado ranch for sour cream, but it ain’t no baja sauce!)

Cheddar Melt was the best fast food burger of all time. I’d do anything for them to bring it back!

I worked at McDonald’s back when the original Big Xtra came out in the USA. It did have a larger patty and the seasoning mix for a few months but then was discontinued for the Big n Tasty

Place a glass of water in the microwave next to the rice. It will help it retain moisture
