I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. This road needs to be a a toll-gated parkway like the Nurburgring. Both for safety and revenue reasons it needs to be a closed toll access road with a bypass for non-tourists and have people pay 5-10 bucks to drive on it per direction and have traffic flow ONLY ONE DIRECTION…
