83.5 to 91 Vanagon. Good luck tracking down the coolant leak then replacing the leaking hose. I had to replace hose #6 (might have been #4) which goes from the oil cooler to the water pump. I still have the scars on my knuckles...

Gotta go back a bit but the 1923 Chevrolet Series M Copper Cooled was so bad that all but two were recalled and destroyed. From Wiki: When the vehicle finally made it to the public all of the issues that Oakland had complained about had become a reality. The engine was cooled unevenly, and showed significant power

This guy...

A little constructive criticism...

No. Q&D internet search for something Subaru-y.

It is quite beautiful and I hope it makes it across the pond... But... Is anyone else seeing this? Especially the hatchback?

I've always wanted Subaru to make a mid-engine 2 seater with their flat 4 or 6 boxer engines. They can use all the existing off-the-shelf parts they want, a-la MR2 MK1. Duh!

Although not technically a drawing, I've always liked the original Mini Cooper cut aways.

Meh. Johnny White's and Molly's didn't need power during Katrina, neither do I. Cheers!

I know it's been said before but behold the cooling system of the 83.5 - 91 VW Vanagon!

I offer the Mini Clubman. Ew!

For the record, this is what a Vanagon and Odyssey look like when they get flooded. Thanks Hurricane Isaac!

I would almost agree with you except for the one reason that makes the Smart car aweful. It has the worst, and I mean WORST, by any measure, transmission - in the world! If it had a clutch pedal and a proper transmission, or even a marginally good auto it could work but the transmission absolutely ruins the car, and
