Everything in life is a non zero risk. When we step out into the public we accept some degree of risk everyday. It’s the same sense as when I get behind the wheel of my truck and drive down the freeway. I have to assume everyone driving will obey the law and respect my presence on the road.

That’s the great part about this law, it’s conceal only. Meaning you wont be seeing a gun. It will be concealed under a shirt, boot, purse, pants, and any other way you can. Yes, there may be an instance when someone bends over and their shirt rides up revealing a gun in their waistband, but that would be it.

That’s the reason a lot of rural states have what’s called constitutional carry where you don’t have to have any form of LTC to open carry your gun. This has been the case for many many years well before Texas’s open carry became a law.

Nothing is worse then the repeating of obstacle information with EVERY contestant. For example: the I beam that you have to shimmy across with your finger tips, EVERY SINGLE TIME a person gets there they let you know it goes from 2" wide at the beginning down to 1" wide at the end. It never fails!
