Doug, you hit the nail on the head when you described Lotus owners. They know their cars very well while your average (but not all) p-car owner has no idea how to work on their car, all they know is their boss had one or maybe the guy at the club had one.
I'm sure if people adhered by this, we'd see a noticeable decrease in congestion
