I have a right hand drive Mini and can attest to the lane positioning; it didn’t affect me too much after a few drives but my parents both almost killed me when I let them drive it. One of the worst and best things is that people at stoplights can talk to you so much easier since you are right next to them. Have yet

No Niagara Falls on number 5? Decent idea for a route, but c’mon

Especially texting a dealer? Weird. I have sold a handful of cars on autotrader/ebay/CL and 95% of texters are just virtual tire kickers (in my experience). If you really want the car you’re going to call the person; at the very least you can text and ask when a good time to call would be.

this is an amazing response!

No way Jose...or I guess Klaus. I just sold a 420 SEC with 68k miles for 10k. It was an S class and had a v8 that put out more horsies than this - was euro spec and in 9/10 condition. This is one of the biggest CP I've seen!

Yup I feel the exact same. It was just the bmw novelty that made me think it was so cool. That's worn off with time and I'd too pick the miata

Agree. Except I always thought the z3 was the cool version of a miata. Now I am not as big of a fan, but young me loved seeing them

I wonder how many Japanese Classics customers you have made already. I know I visit there site more than I should now because of you!

the alert when you leave your lights on. i’ve had cars without it and the jumper cables came out.

Have you driven a car without power steering? I love it. I have a classic mini and an Elise - neither have power steering. When I drive my MB or the wife’s camry it’s just such a “loose” feeling. Even when I used to have a mazdaspeed3, the handling was never as fun or the feedback as honest.

Hill sprints are a quick way to get a great work out when you do not have much time. The hard part is when you don't live near a hill (where I grew up the only hills were concrete overpasses). Good post, thanks for sharing!

Even the basic Army HMMWV doesnt have any armor plating. plastic canvas doors and flimsy body.

so much fun, it feels fast and you can throw it around corners and dips so easily. I love it. I sold my 85 MB 420 SEC and needed a car with more luxury and seats than my other car - 06 Elise. plus the previous owner still hasn’t cancelled the sirius so free radio!

I love the bag that blows across the frame in the background at the beginning! Your parallel parking face was also perfect. Look forward to more videos! (I especially liked these mini comparison cause I bought one a couple weeks before the video)

You know you’ve lost all traces of youth when you pick a 911 (even turbo) over a McLaren (especially in orange!)

It's a great desire to do it as fast as possible, but actually pulling the trigger is immature and dangerous to others.

great comparison! I just bought a classic mini a month ago to add to my Lotus Elise and 85 MB 420 SEC. I like to rotate driving them because it's a thrill every time I change. I know you've talked about how cars don't get girls, but when I drive in the Mini with my border collie on the left side (RHD mini) every girl

how about a trio? Sporty, quirky, and old school luxury.

well this is stupid cause im drunk and i drank inside and outside and its cold but not that cold and i drank beer that my friend left at the house and bourbon. i need an arrow that says "you drank beer and bourbon you win!"

I bought a Lotus...the Jalopnik way! Let it depreciate and jump on it and drive it like you stole it.
