Fair enough. Any plan to authorize CCC to invite members?
Done.
Unless one requires a manual gearbox to enjoy their drives, the 991 GT3 is the only logical purchase at the $135K - $150K price range. At the revised sub-$100K price point, the choice becomes a matter of personal preference/taste.
^member! :)
I knew there'd be a shot with those lights glowing in the background. And I knew I'd question why I don't live directly across the street so that when something like this shows up I can drop everything and run.
Leased vehicles are not owned by the Leasee. That is obviously true. The Leasee is authorized by the Agreement to use it during a given amount of time provided the terms are met and Cancellation clauses are not triggered (non-payment, use in a crime, etc).
That was totally my car! AW MAN! PMing you now...
Am I the only one who is NOT convinced the engine revving just before contact is coming from Stewart's car? If you watch it on mute, it looks very much like there was a last ditch effort to take evasive maneuvers.
Then again, this is really my ideal purchase from Porsche:
This is a monthly affair for me. And every time I engage in this ritual I'm reminded just how much of a "bargain" the GT3 really is. In pretty much all scenarios where you're adding all of the go-fast options, the GT3 is only a marginal percentage more expensive.
I miss it so much. :(
I especially recall that precise point where I knew I would lift but did not. A truly subconscious decision kept me at wide open throttle!
This is precisely how I would react.
Actually, I should point out that the Z4M's exhaust system is quite different from that found on the E46 M3 so the rasp is much more refined. The Z4M's rasp sounds like it's all engine-based whereas the M3's rasp sounds like it's the engine and exhaust. The latter sounding more harsh; the former, in my totally biased…
I miss that airbag light.
I will always opt for the manual gearbox for my daily driver and would love a PDK for my track warrior.
Don't get me started. Sniff. Sniff.
This... is the truth. Talk about the perfect fleet car.
Limit your criticism to the car, sir. Jon Stewart is the man and, therefore, this episode was awesome.
