I would have rented to a nice white family....

This guy is just a man that got an opportunity to live n a vacant house  for a few months. He filed those papers to keep the neighbors from harassing him.

What did he take? He stayed in a house that wasn’t being occupied for 7 months. Thats it and thats all.
