I have watched a fully geared Fetish build WD pull 3 ungeared people thru a max level T6 rift. This was after RoS before grifts. not talking about pvp, but if you have 3 ungeared people in a T6 rift and your pets are killing everything without you having to do much, my point stands.

Not really. It is all about the synergy of the different abilitys and perks. There was an INSANE WD build that was all about cranking out fetishes by the hundreds, and about increasing their attack to ridiculous levels. There wasnt anything even close to that level of utility until they buffed DH in the 2.1…

Yeah... the patch that added grifts (2.1?) brought DH and Monk to the forefront. the right build plus Marauder 4pc bonus = massive sustained dps.

WD Pet build was easymode after RoS came out. If you are built right, with the right gear and the right playstyle, you can basically kill anything with VERY little problem.
