If FSD doesn’t get to level 5 or even level 3 for 5 more years, how many owners will have spent $10k on nothing.  They can’t even charge more for having FSD on resale because Tesla has a track record for pulling FSD for the new owner.

I know what the IRS reimbursement rate is, I just don’t understand where it comes into this. The author spends some time saying that it’s hard to know how much money he makes and a lot of time describing his expenses. OK, fine.

I’m conflicted about this part. Don’t we live in a society where people are innocent until proven guilty? I mean, he’s probably guilty, but isn’t it jumping the gun a bit for an employer to pass judgement before the law actually does?
