I really liked this photoshop on the Braid blog:

I played Steel last night and it's an absolutely huge map, but very very cool.

No one but kids or the unemployed think an extra $5 is steep or stiff. The real problem, why people are actually complaining, is because they fear it may be a precedent for Microsoft to squeeze an extra $5 out of ALL of their XBLA games. Both real and relevant.

@justhesh: yesss, love that one. If they were ever to sell prints again, that'd be the first one I'd get. Though I think my favorite is the gun one or the moonrock one.

@SamuraiPanda: Yeah their rules for Brawl are terrible, which is really odd, given how considerate they were when hosting the Melee tourney last year.

@Sensai: were you in the melee scene? it's my favorite game of all time, but...well, the scene is a little... embarassing after you hit a certain age. i mean the scene is like 90% high schoolers, not all of whom are bad, but when you've been in college for awhile you just don't really want to be around hordes of them

Other criticisms:

It was a fun game to play, but I think, more than anything, I'd describe it as "dated."
