Kingpin doesnt need to get out of jail if Murdock joins him! Big hole leads to crossover with Heroes for hire! It seems like everyone that reviews the daredevil show are terrified of reading the daredevil comics. The show did an awesome job of setting the scene with the next arc for DD with two of his best story lines

In the comics (see Shadowland) The Hand serve The Beast, a paradimensional demon which takes over Matt’s body (in Shadowland).
But it is specifically said that The Beast is The Hand’s master, not the Black Sky.
BTW I don’t remember any mention of a Black Sky in all the DD comics I’ve read, could be something new or a

The Common Burrowing Ninja frequently builds elaborate underground nests for the colony, excavating dirt in massive quantities to build an inverted-skyscraper structure even in urban areas. This has led most to declare the Burrowing Ninja a pest, but these creatures can be useful as a source of conflict for

It’s funny — I think I like Season 2 better than 1. The trial, unrealistic as it was, was much more engaging than the Ben-Karen stuff, which made me want to claw my eyes out.

If I had to guess, the Black Sky is probably the same “demon” that possessed Daredevil in the “Shadowland” run in the comics. He became hyper-skilled and ruthless, much like Electra is now in the MCU.

If you know your comics it’s pretty easy to guess what Black Sky is and what the Hand is up to. Shadowland.

My guess is that the big giant hole is The Hand planning for Shadowland - their big underground prison from Andy Diggle’s run on the title. Maybe we’ll get some variant on that storyline in the coming season(s)?

The real elephant in the room is the near complete stilt-man gear being constructed by DD’s costume maker.

I’m expecting something similar to, but not quite, Shadowland.

I hope they do Frankencastle. Because if you wanna capture the spirit of comic books this story is basically it.
