It's pretty cool, but I will take the Gladiator any day of the week.

Got this 1953 Willys Pickup waiting for me in the woods of Northern Michigan. In-laws have agreed to give it to me, just need to find time to pull her out, and money to get her running.

I can't believe how popular these cars (and clones) have become over just the past few years.

Looks kind of bland to me, not really digging the grille or the weird aero of the side mirrors.

Mad Max (1979)

I was born a car/truck/motorcycle guy and blessed because my Dad was passionate about it and my Mom was incredibly supportive.

100% agree. If the previous owner sold it that cheaply, chances are someone without a lot of money could have bought it and actually put it to good use, instead of being destroyed to drum up some laughs from the Jalopnik crowd.

I have this poster hanging in my house!

Glorious exhaust note! Please excuse me while I start an internet search for one of these...

Demuro? Is that you?

Always wanted one of those, that exact color combo too!

Any "Naked Gun" reference gets a star!

It IS a neat little car, and I wouldn't mind bombing around it in...but at 1/10th its current asking price.

9/10, I have no idea how I pulled that off!

Slap a Buick grille and emblem on it, problem solved!

Watching these videos and seeing good running cars get killed makes me sad. I worked in dealerships during the "Cash for Clunkers" debacle, and watched a lot of really nice cars get put to death far too young.

You aren't kidding. I remember when it was "lease one Dakota, get one free!"

The original Bullitt, that is currently rotting in some rich guys garage.
