Did I miss an @realdonaldtrump tweet this morning? Two different posters both claiming Chicago homicides at an all time high? Chicago’s homicide rate continues to be below that of 1970-1978 and 1989-1996. Detroit has a rate WELL above Chicago, St. Louis and some others as well.
