Does anyone subscribe to Prime primarily for the streaming?  This isn’t even a consideration for me.

I bet it’s pretty much the opposite of that. It might go the way of the Model S/X, where sales hold great until the market gets saturated. CarPlay and Android Auto are simply front-ends and the phone does all the actual work. Although my experience is anecdotal, I’ve never seen a car advertised as being compatible with one but not the other.

This leaves a Murph-sized hole in Paramount+.

If this is for protection against power failure, a Powerwall (with or without solar) might be a better alternative. Although significantly more expensive, it’s in the same $1000 per kWh capacity range, and can power your refrigerator(s) for much longer. Without solar, it can also recharge itself from grid when power…

4x10 is a no-go for me. Maybe in jobs where the role is to exist in a spot for X hours (like cashier, security guard, etc) it works, but there’s nothing more to do for me after 8-5. Read more emails? Think some more? Doesn’t make much sense. 4x8 should be the future.
