Agreed with number 1, I had the “fortune” to drive one of these (Kraz 255), for a while while in service. A smooth rolling start is nearly impossible, a 1-2 meter lurch was almost guaranteed, fun...

I worked in the civilian version of the field (other than the everyday tow jobs, we also operated a 50 ton rotator), this subject is especially fascinating to me. I always wondered how the recovery units are organized, are they part of the mechanics/maintainer units or a separate run unit?
You are not buying this to go anywhere fast. If you want to buy this, you are either hipster, or a rider who enjoys smaller bikes from the “analog” era. Great example of the type, and everyone knows that yellow is the fastest anyway. NP.
