My father bought one of the new Dacias back in Hungary in the eighties (not a ute, just a 4 door sedan). From the dealership, he drove it to my grandfather's garage, they worked on that car for 3 days straight to make it somewhat useable, mind you, brand new, just out of the factory. The testament for workmanship of

Saw one today, smaller and uglier than the pictures, but probably fun.

Dusty in here, something in my eye...

Yup, both wheels are driven, very cool design and a working in execution.

Because it says "automatic" it doesn't mean you can't do manual override, it isn't an automatic transmission, it is a clutch that lets you make gear switches without pulling the clutch lever in, but if you want to you can still do it.

And the blackjack...

20,000kms, I wish, a softer compound tire on my motorcycle last for about 3200kms

What a squid!

I did, it was fun, hopefully they keep the format and don't bring back the interview/celebrity driving small car sequence - those always seemed forced. Without it the show has more time to focus on whatever else they doing in the episode.

In this particular case a motorcycle would have been beneficial :)
