Getting smashed by a soccer mom in a Tahoe or Escalade in my little tin foil box. I've almost been run off the road by idiots in compacts and crossovers and that was in my dad's tank of a Volvo. Getting hit by a truck inside of this would probably mean I'd need to be picked up with a spatula.

That I need to spend 10 or 15 times the amount I payed for the car and thousands of hours to swap a more powerful engine in a car that will just be my daily.

Whats worse is in some states if your light is on, you won't pass emmisions testing.

It's not a bad car. It's not a good car. It's the most neutral car in existence and has no character.

Mia Ata? Because it's the answer to everything right?

Get my Toyota road ready and daily drive it.

My resolution is to have my Corolla drivable by spring and not let it go into forgotten project territory like my dad's Volvo and Miata. I also plan to not let the Corolla go to shit like the family drivers and to keep it running for years to come.

A Ford Escape that doesn't catch fire?

My sister got me this. I drive a 1980 Corolla.

A 250 GTO. If a fresh Corvette can sell for sticker, imagine what this would bring at auction

Volvo was good in that it was similar to BMW where it was a code rather than a name. The first number is the generation, the second the number of cylinders, and the third the number of doors. Such as this 245.

Slow drivers. Even on a bone dry day in 80 degree weather, there will be some asshole doing 45 in a 60 or 25 in a 35.

Already on it.

I got my first car that is all mine today. A salvage 1981 Toyota Corolla wagon. I at least want to drive it once.

Throw some springs and shocks on the Wu Tang, get a junkyard rear end, and give the body a little work and I'd say it's a good buy.

Review of my 1996 Volvo 850 Wagon.

Just throw some tofu in the rear.

With your luck, would you mind sending me a couple of lotto tickets?

Because I want a cheap, reliable, and efficient daily driver that I can take to the track on the weekends and enjoy myself.

My 96 850 has heated cloth seats. I didn't know they were a rare option. But they sure are nice.
