With the default settings, liking a page on Facebook means its posts show up in your News Feed. This means every time it posts something, like a special offer, a new product, or even just a piture of something, it shows up in people who have liked it’s News Feeds.
It’s like continuous automatic advertising versus…
But this could mark a really scary tipping point...
Not just blacklisted from Airline work. Oh, no. Blacklisted from any employment where they have any direct contact with the general public.
This 1000 times. Your are forced to comply to with anything the flight attendant says by federal law.
All of us who read this now know about this rule. The Flight Attendants should be fired, and black balled, as in never allowed to board another aircraft as a flight attendant.
Every airliner that goes to altitude has pressurized cargo holds. It would be an immense amount of engineering work to only pressurize the passenger half of an airliner, since the circular cross-section of the entire fuselage is a much better pressure vessel than the D-shaped passenger compartment.
The cargo hold isn’t a whole lot better. Also many planes don’t have climate controlled or pressurized cargo holds. And a pet in a cargo hold flying at this time of year is very risky due to low temperatures.
Everyone complains about lack of color and drools over exotic cars in fabulous hues but when it comes time to buy they chicken-out and choose black or gray.
Jalopnik can get pretty dog-whistley at times.
Interesting to see how many comments here call for death of the offenders.
Yes, their actions are dangerous, yes it’s illegal.
But I bet if the same crew was white, the tone of most comments here would be quite different.
Ah, Jalopnik, I love you, but you’re bringing me down..
‘Giant engine’ =/= excitement to me.
I’m all for powerful sports cars, GM has them, Mercedes, hell even honda with the NSX. Sure they don’t all make 700+ horse power, but the Corvette, camaro, AMG GT R, and NSX are all far more advanced than anything FCA is doing.
If they made a modern hellcat that could actually go…
That’s even worse.
The craziest part of this is finding out they made a G5... So a cheaper and shittier version of the G6? I didn’t know such a thing was legal to sell in America.
He was probably on PCP. Broke every bone in his hand and wouldn’t feel it for hours.
Punching out a window is pretty impressive.
Not me. I had the opportunity to have a Model X 90D for 3 weeks, and I drove it over 1,000 miles over that time and paid pennies to run it that distance (thanks mainly to the Supercharger network). The Trackhawk would have cost me hundreds to drive the same distance in fuel, and wouldn’t have driven any better/worse.
Sooo...you didn’t watch? Lemme help they did 4 runs (plus a practice run in the Tesla, and per the video, the supercharger heat soaked and slowed it down, however the Tesla did not overheat to the point of performance retardation.
Note: Not a Tesla fan boy but really not a fan of FCA’s lack of ingenuity with just…
That was a serious blowing away. The age of the internal combustion engine as the powerplant of fast cars is ending.
It boggles the mind, you can’t compare something old with something new when it comes to value. Yeah, this 18 year old escort costs $500 a night, or you can just get a 1-legged tranny hooker off 114th street with some aftermarket “enhancements.” for $40. Which do you want?
