A lot of people seemed/seem to think the Switch would be a failure or not good.

If Metroid dies here then that’s fine, it had a great run but I can’t support buying either bad games or games I’m not interested in.
Yeah I’ve been seeing this mentality since they put out Federation Force “If you want another metroid you’ll buy this game” Uh, no I’m not buying a game I’m not interested in for the possibility they’ll release a good game later.
I’m not sure that comes across and given this is a microtransaction filled mess it’s likely to turn MORE people away. If WB wanted to help they’d make it free and pledge to donate their own funds for the cause.
Was it? My friend said it was fun with just a horrible story line.
Media center I’d say the PS4 is though worse than the PS3...The PS3 which I abused heavily between bluray/DVD and especially the media server function. Nevermind my LOVELY fat PS3 with full backward compatibility. (Minus Breath of Fire 4, that disc didn’t like PS3 at all..)
Since games sell consoles yes you can compare them. You’re looking at a clear example of a repeated mistake of many console makers, including nintendo and that’s crap launch games.
They’ve put out more ports, upgrades than any other game ever made and they still manage to put out another one on an old system.
If they’re not going to support legacy devices with backward compatibility then why is anything unrelated to the PS4 on the store? Whether or not the dev managed to mess this up why is it on the PS4's PSN? That’s very odd.
I’m not sure Square can handle doing any remasters/remakes since after what I’m seeing from FFVII they don’t seem to care about the style that went into the game and would rather it be that anime/realistic mix they can’t stop doing.
A controller to join the pile of awful dpads with the 360, switch arguably gamecube.
Shame the thing is region locked because I’d take this any day over the awful, toaster-esque SNES redesign we got here in the US.
It’s not the first designs that exclusively have issues nor are they always worse. Xbox 360 had several redesigns to get out of the hole they dug with systems cooking themselves, PS4 Pro’s also had a lot of defects if youtube vids are to be believed, not helped by some games running WORSE on that version.
Zero Tolerance for the Sega Genesis, I used to play it on Sega Channel but I can’t remember if I had played DOOM/Duke 3D/Blake Stone/Wolf3D before this. All I know is it had a pretty creepy atmosphere for what the system could manage, the music and low visual range really made it crazy for me. Now it’s just a ol’ FPS…
I made my post plenty clear. I don’t think you’re aware of what the amiibos can do in the games. It’s fine, it’s mostly silly stuff anyway not worth the attention, let me explain:
The faux scarcity, the silly DLC attachment & such does that enough I don’t see why lying about owning them would do. I have 2 more not even pictured, Green Inkling girl who’s on my desk and Cloud who I haven’t opened yet. Out of bloody room.
If you’re referring to pirated amiibo cards, I’m aware about them.
I’m fully aware, I like the figures a lot and that’s really the only reason I get them. I hate DLC based on cosmetics and garbage item drops regardless of platform.
I’m not ‘bashing’ them. I’m criticizing them which is entirely fair as nothing I said isn’t true about them.
No but it is annoying when you’re trying to buy one and rumors have it that they artificially create the illusion of rarity by not making nearly enough. Not helped when they stop selling the NES mini out of no where.
