What kind of logic is that? Hard work should be put toward where the individual wants it. Many people get their feet wet with mods that get them recognized they then may wind up developing their own IP. It’s how you learn, most people learn to draw a show they like before they make their own stuff.

I happily encourage anyone to continue making fangames to spite Nintendo’s anti-fan ways.

The action-y take they seem to be doing with the Metroid 2 remake has me worried they didn’t learn anything from Other M. The melee swing and how things move really don’t show off the exploration and platforming the series is known for.

Well it’s not perfect, perfect, if the Switch had a Dpad, then yes it would be really near perfect.

Problems with his argument, backward compatibility represents a better value for consumers. They’re able to sell their old hardware that may even be on it’s last legs. So you sell it to get the next gen hardware which often has crap launch libraries, but with BC it’s not so empty.

Because when they don’t do it and people will happily pay money for older games on PSN or whatever and people are then forced to emulate to get the games they want but aren’t being sold and supported these people are now called pirates when they are choosing to ignore a market.

This is why Sonic All Stars Racing Transformed is a better game in my mind, the items aren’t that powerful. No item tracks around corners on an unseen target for 40 miles. The one item that does track, if you boost properly you can out run it and it stops. So skill can defeat items.

“Can we turn off the light on our controller to save what little crappy battery life they hold?”

This is all well and good, it really is but I was really hoping to hear them address the previous purchases on other devices such as the WiiU/3DS. This whole fun Nintendo thing of rebuying games for every system or transferring hardware ownership is really getting tiresome.

I’m asexual so I 100% do not understand chasing this stuff in reality or fantasy but from a purely neutral of the room perspective I can’t say I see any form of targeted audience here. They just want your money, yours or your parents.

I’m aware my brain is a bit broken in regards to this ‘sex sells’ stuff but I just see lovely art with lovely dresses here. I don’t see the shame of it.

From what I gathered, unless the game specifically has adjustments in it on console, this stuff doesn’t matter.

The 3DS feels more locked down than apples devices in ways.. I think it’s pretty insane and cheap of them to not allow users to set their own images as backgrounds. I can do that on my old ass PSP nevermind a 3DS.

Had the same problem with Sonic CD, except there was no option to alter it. So I had to manually force the monitor/vid card to render at 60hz...wasn’t worth it. Sonic 1, 2, 3&K > Sonic CD

Been saying this for years. Open world games are fine and dandy but the problem is they can’t ever convey any kind of alarm or urgency beyond the odd timed mission. You have no pressure put on you. The world is gonna be destroyed by dragons! You must help quickly! 600 hours later and 6 in game years you do your first

Now I’m curious if they made any improvements or added any features since every handheld port (sans the DS one) had extra features and gameplay functions from later games put into them. Or like Disgaea 3 for vita had animated portraits and some other things changed.

But it does, the computer is actually accepting and registering button inputs, it’s vastly smoother and you can totally feel it’s more snappy.

Late but it’s a great game worth owning. Seemed to get ignored the first time around but I had my fun with it on 360 then on PC.

60fps really helps in action games like this. It’s not a matter of snobbery it’s just how it is, more frames means more time to respond & it just looks nicer.

If you have kids, you won’t have a Switch/games console, or if you do you won’t have time for it!
