Interesting to hear about the differences! Thanks.

Try Rondo of Blood and Symphony of the Night! Those are great! They released a double pack for PS4 with these games, still waiting for Switch myself, hopefully they’ll put them on there. Symphony of the Night in particular is amazing.

That’s awesome! Thanks for sharing :)

An American, live-action adaptation of a Japanese video game/anime. Ryan Reynolds is Pikachu. How could this possibly be any good? SOMEHOW, IT ALL WORKED. I loved it!

Final Fantasy XV had (surprisingly) lots of language options bundled in with the game, including Japanese for both voice and text. Let’s hope they do the same with this one! (Japanese version will no doubt cost around $100 USD for the standard version)

Either way, I think it sounds cool :)

Last I heard, this was going to be released in parts. Is that still the plan? Or have they said anything against that?

I understand this. I’m just surprised at the translation of the script deciding to change “kweh” to “wark” in the text dialogue.

That’s fair enough. I’m only referring to the text, though. Where the English version has “wark” written out, the Japanese version has “kweh” written out. That’s what bugs me.

D:

Super exited for this one! Curse of the Moon was a blast!

Can you find me a screenshot of a chocobo saying wark in the Japanese version? Because I never once saw it happen, and don’t believe you.

That’s why 9 and 10 totally went with it as well...oh wait.

But the Japanese version literally NEVER says “wark” and only “kweh”

The word “wark” appearing constantly in FFVII was so grating to me. Even the Japanese version says “kweh”

Will we be able to play as anybody except Miriam? Curse of the Moon had four playable characters, I really hope Ritual of the Night makes use of all of them. The samurai dude seemed pretty awesome.

Shoot, I already bought Overcooked on PS4 lol

I always hear about this game but I’ve never tried it. If anything could get a current-gen port, I’d take this one!

I’ve watched a playthrough of the beginning areas of the original Sonic 2006, and holy crap I’m glad, even as a Sonic fan, that I never put myself through that hell. I think what really marred the game more than anything were the technical bugs, like falling through the ground and dying for no reason, or the camera
