That would make me jump up and down with sheer joy. While the Steam Machine is a sure bet already, it seems like having Nintendo on board would significantly strengthen both, and allow Nintendo to focus on developing awesome first-party titles.
That might not be too far from the truth. I'm thinking that the product will be somewhere between a Steam Machine and an expansion of the Wii U controller. Something that would let you play games on a console unit but also play via a stream on a handheld or smart device.
