Nintendo's withdrawal from Brazil is also part their fault, they didn't even bother bringing the eShop for the WiiU for us and many people have trouble buying from the 3DS eShop because of arbitrary credit

Building a PC is much worse here in Brazil. I paid about $ 700 USD on my GTX 970, I have a PC of approximately $ 1,000 USD but I paid about $ 2.500 because of high taxes.
