Once upon a time when I was a kid, my family was having a 69 corvair monza restored and it needed a new engine. Our “pickup” to pick up a new engine was a 79' Olds 98 Regency*. Using an engine hoist, we lifted the “new” engine up, popped the trunk and set it inside.

FYI in my experience, some tire places (like I think TiresPlus?), will refuse to apply a proper patch if you use a plug like this. They advised it is due to concerns about the adhesives used in the plug can contaminate and negatively affect the integrity of a professional patch.
