Somebody just inherited a kick-ass ascot collection.

Surprisingly good.

Ghosts is pretty good. More people should watch it.

Rest in peace, Betty, Cloris and all we’ve lost this year.

This. She had a good run, and an easy exit. It’s how I’d like to go.
RIP

As sad as this is, I’m glad she never seemed to enter a period of prolonged and extreme decline like so many people her age do. She lived long and died quickly, and that’s basically the dream.

Hurtful.

I fed her this line long ago. But it’s fine.

I’m happy with it. Sad I can’t be there to see it with all of you. I do love reading what you all have to say about me now though.

I was never a fan of him on Carson and Letterman when I was really young and then in my late teens early 20's as I guess I felt it was the same joke over and over.

I found four errors in this article:

In fact, the release of Tiger King 2 was so uneventful that Baskin... even dropped all of our legal objections to it.

Or when Silverman says Einstein was “like a one-man straight man” who basically served as his own singular comedy team.

Just think to yourself it’s just a silly show and you should just relax.

Watermelon is one of God’s cruel jokes.

So, if I sit with my legs crossed and both hands around my knee, would that be a sandwich?

In a way, yes, but it was still ultimately about who sat in the throne. The entire book was over just that conflict. The fact the show ends with a battle over the throne and not the white walkers felt right to me.

I love it when Dorothy has to shriek (I am using the word euphemistically) at the girls to shut up. Like when Rose & Blanche are going on about the color puce (the menopause episode) or Rose is conversing with Mr. Longfellow (the blind sister/garage sale episode). I also like the running joke about her being

I'm 36 and this is still one of my favorite shows. It's one of the few shows from my childhood I can go back and watch and still find entertaining. I binge it every few years (usually when I'm sick in bed) and the jokes are still funny to me and the characters wonderful. Yes, of course it's melodramatic—it's a sitcom!

This is a rare example of a smash hit TV show that I don't think has ever been imitated, and never will be on network television.
