Surprised it took this long for AVclub to come after Healy, it’s been news for weeks now.

If Ted Lasso doesn’t come out exactly when it did, middle of pandemic weeks before the 2020 election, it’s a critically acclaimed one and done.

Interview from earlie this week: talks about how Ted Lasso is an aspirational show that’s not trying to present the real world but the world they’d rather see.

Yeah, I didn’t dislike Chibnall’s run as much of the Internet.

If the 60th is just a waxing of nostalgia and doesn’t speak on the toxicity of nostalgia, I’ll be very disappointed.

I think Davies is a good enough writer that bringing back so many people and Tennant repeating as a different incarnation will speak on the nostalgia content machine.

The only people that care about FPS are the eternally only. With the exception for the actual important stable vs unstable.

Swifties are busy having a meltdown for other reasons right now that they might be too busy to notice this.

Ted Lasso is a heartwarming comedy where things get rough but always finds a silver lining or hope.

Sometimes I wonder how modern critics would have handled the success of Friends.

But if you make it a drama and have everyone hate each ofher, critics will eat it up and call it the best thing on TV.

I also assume that Costner has a producers credit that he loses if it’s a new show.

FYI, the divorce statistic is cherry picked.

People find it easy to dunk on Ed Sheeran, but, these lawsuits are doing far more damage to music than even AI.

Wasn’t it the exact opposite last time?

Despite it being called a “hard curfew”, there seems to be numerous accounts of artists going over and eventually being cutoff.

I see mentions of the curfew going back to 2009 with The Cure.

Website says Friday and Saturday 1am, Sunday 12AM

I agree with the premise, he’s never going to finish and the show ending is his ending but the logic is faulty.

If they try to force it to like 10 episodes, then yeah.
