From some Google sleuthing what I can tell is this

Whomever at Amazon paid for just to the rights for Second Age as only mentioned in the Appendices and didn’t know that Middle-Earth Enterprises was for sale should have been fired immediately once Embracer Group made their announcement.

Two things that interest in me this film

I’d say Phases was important to audiences because it focused the marketing. A Phase told you you were getting something close to an “arc”, which Phase 4 doesn’t have.

Phase 2 has Ultron though.

Covid can be blamed for some it. But they can take the blame for making detrimental changes to the stories due to Covid on themselves.

I’d guess they know where they’re going with the multiverse stuff.

I’d say from the commercials that the series looks like an interesting adaptation.

Which is why the charges have to nail them.

I want to believe that that current federal investigators are incredibly aware that any charges brought against Gaetz (Trump, and that ilk) need to be absolutely air tight to shut down their supporters.

The success of HotD is hopefully a wake up call to some people who live on commen sections and message boards that just cause they found a place filled with people that thinks like them, doesn’t mean that’s representative of everyone. 

I always find takes like these interesting cause it’s not like D&D dna isn’t still in this.

I’m watching just to see how this ends and will it be huge fiasco.
