After watching the WeskAlber videos on jobs and roles in FFXIV, I’ve finally gotten a handle on being a tank in dungeons. I’m not great, and I need someone to tell me the mechanics for certain boss fights. Oh and I’m not going to speed run, nor will I ever be a hardcore raid player. But, I’m having fun this time…

I have better feelings towards the book than you (at least the first. I don’t remember the sequels as fondly), but, so much of this story hinges on it having young adult characters and the throws that come with puberty.

The original plan was never 10 seasons.

My problem with that is twofold, A) it takes Martin at his word and ignored the fact that the last two books were bloated messes. He’s not the best perspective.
