I would argue 1 isn’t a real pro when you are working 50-65 hours a week.

Before the pandemic, they had decently late hours at the local starbucks locations (10pm, not crazy late but longer than many places) but I am not sure a 24/7 one is useful. I wonder how this would change things like secret menus and such where there is a heavy manual process for many of them. If people just drank drip, espresso, and simple steamed milk drinks it could work. But then it would shut out a lot of the things they made as their tent poles.
