Yeah, I’m not sure about why these devices suddenly got popular. My neighbors carry them everywhere they go (as in they are going to the supermarket). If I am working at a job where I am out in the field I can see the utility, but they seem impractical to have to carry your container of water with you the entire time.…

They are not, if it were part of the selling process and not a penalty, then yes. If you would have asked this question last year you would have likely been able to since this would be in settling a legal claim but now you can’t.

Since it would invalidate their government ID, wouldn’t this potentially disenfranchise them, potentially prevent them from being able to travel, get a job, conduct some types of business such as buying cars, homes, etc.?
