What makes Kora even more insufferable is I’m not even sure how she held her own against May. She’s a chump with powers, that’s it. She ain’t trained, so not sure why they had to have her fight May.

“He is a complete waste as a villain. I can see, somewhat, the idea of being topical by having the villain an entitled twenty-something white boy edgelord type. The problem with that idea is that they are as pathetic on screen as they are in real life.”
“Kora definitely needed a 22 episode season.”
Yup, I do not care about Kora either. A bland ass character paired with an even blander villain.
Luke Wilson is the heart and soul of this show.

Core will certainly always win the nostalgia battle for that reason alone. Plush damnit, Plush. That’ll always send me back in time to Freshmen year.
Most of my favorite songs are from Core and Purple, but Tiny Music is by far their most solid album.
Tiny Music is pretty solid.
The actor playing Henry Jr. could totally play:
I love Akira, but Children of Men is a far better analogue.
That whole backstory for Yo-Yo was generically terrible (and cringe).
Even if Malick was a mid-series villain he’d still be milktoast af
I’m hating Nathaniel because he’s a pretty lame villain.
Agent Quick
Cut off one Coulson and a print out shall take his place!
Meh, pretty predictable, though entertaining overall. Found the flashbacks more interesting ala Highlander than the actual plot. Willing to watch more.
I’m quoting this!
this bear just watched it!
I don’t trust those “not easy to work with” accusations knowing what we do now about harassment and other nonsense. Of course, there are plenty of drama queens, but there are enough people who just said no to doing something uncomfortable, professionally or personally, so now they’re “not easy to work with”.
