Bram is the fucking worst. Though that kid from Fear the Walking Dead was pretty goddamn awful.

Gyros Shuriken aren't gonna wrap fold themselves.
Haha, my user name is from Adventure Time!
I can't for the life of me think of any Chinese names that start with R, though, maybe that's why Asians have a really hard time pronouncing R's.
I got a few with me right now, so def will watch a few.
Still seems like a weaker excuse. Plenty of racial pairings have been reversed or flipped on their heads. This being from comicbook source material doesn't make it set in stone or make it any different the way people are making this seem like.
I said it last review, but Danny's discovery of the fate of K'un-Lun should've been in, like episode 6, with a lot of the other plot condensed, and with Colleen's reveal after that perhaps. Kinda of like how Daredevil had two different stories in 1 season. That could've helped the pacing quite a bit.
I was like, fool, just eat whatever ice cream Harold is offering you!!!!!!!!!!!
It was odd, as I felt like he was doing his version of Slingblade.
JJ all the way on script and acting. Great fucking story overall.
I'll need to brush up on his older works, and older martial arts films in general.
Not old, but SPL was pretty good, in fact I haven't watched too many old ones. #sacrilege
Another commenter mentioned being adopted, especially if we're keeping the name "Danny Rand". It also might make more sense in their reclaiming roots aspect, since it's more likely they've been culturally removed.
Nah, it was the prosthetic that just made her look strange. Plus I read an article saying she looked like a styrofoam peanut! So that image was in my head the whole time!
I dunno. I've heard of Drunken Master, never seen it. I was going to watch the more recent one with Jackie Chan and Anita Mui, but it was dubbed so I passed on it. I can't fault someone for not having seen/heard of it, especially if I don't know what their preferred genres are. If Caroline mentioned she watches a lot…
Kung Fu Hustle was great! I need to re-watch that for the nth time. Also Journey to the West was pretty damn funny in parts even if was a retread of Kung Fu Hustle.
Probably because they'd have to have writers who actually knew something about it. Seemed like they wrote about Buddhism in the way a writer with a passing idea of it would write about Buddhism.
It helped that Dr. Strange was good and entertaining. Though I dunno, bald Tilda Swinton just looked, uhm…stran…er…really odd to me.
Also, the ending in Kun Lun, imo, that should've been in episode 6 with a majority of the plot condensed before that with maybe the Colleen reveal coming after that.
it does pick up at episode 10 with the Colleen reveal, but I dunno, part of it seemed stupid/since it took so long for it to pick up I didn't care anymore. And Bokuto I just didn't find that interesting. The fights were better, but still not great. The Danny/Davos fight was just too damn dark.
The best fight was in…
