I've seen a lot of his recent work. He was pretty good in SPL, and the prequel to that had some great action. The sequel to SPL had some good action, even if Donnie Yen wasn't in it.

It's pretty esoteric stuff. You'd have to be into that genre to have an idea about it. And yes, many people don't know who Donnie Yen is. In fact, my introduction to him was in Hero!
