Even their booing of Goodell is tainted. Everyone else hates him because of bullshit like punishing weed worse than domestic violence, covering up CTE, or arbitrary bullshit like punishing players for celebrating or wearing the wrong shoes.

War, man. Waaa-aaa-aaa-aaar, MAN!
A couple things about that last photo. I’m actually something of a body language dilettante.
My church is already reaching out to undocumented people to help.
The churches are now going to have to become literal refuges, again. I know the Catholics are ready, now everyone else has to get their asses in gear.
Especially for unironic use of motherfucker.
“Oh, yeah, I’m about to FaceTime [brother Michael Bennett] and say, ‘I’m going to the Super Bowl, motherfucker, in Houston,’” Bennett said. “He’s in Hawaii right now, so I know it’s still early there, and I’ve got time to call him and rub it in his face.”
I was born in ‘81. For the 1st 20 years of my life it was not cool being a Boston sports fan. Brady comes along and not only the 4 Super Bowl wins, so far, but now a 7th appearance, 11 trips to the AFC Title game in 15 years he’s been the starter. We are seeing one of the greatest dynasties in sports history.
Same here. Holy hell has it been a pleasure as a Pats fan to watch this team for nearly a generation.
I will never take this for granted. It came out nowhere in 2001, and it will go away probably just as fast. I’m happy to have been around to watch it while it lasts.

“I was raised that you don’t really question authority,” she said.
My immediate thought was of Franz Ferdinand.
I think it’s kind of sad how he sidelined his own best judgment in deference to a figure of authority, an authority whose own judgment is not to be questioned, and it cost him his own better interests while only furthering the narrow interests of the organization that authority represents.
