I get slurred speech too, I also get really, really stupid. Sometimes it's the first symptom to present and I can't figure out why I am so dumb.

I tttttttthhhhhhhought it was just me. Seriously, I've had to talk friends and family down from calling ambulances when I have a migraine.

I get migraines with aura (lights look weird, noises sound strange) and have ended up at urgent care on more than one occasion just to make sure I'm not actually dying this time. They can also give you a shot of really strong painkillers, so perhaps he went for that considering he still managed to perform.

Yeah, plus if it was his first, or worst migraine, I can totally understand thinking something was seriously wrong. Not going to the hospital for a headache is what killed Luther Vandross.

last month I spent 2 days in hospital as a result of a migraine related seizure. It was the first seizure I ever had and they had to do a lumbar puncture and an MRI to make sure it wasn't a brain haemmorage (I can't spell). It was agonising and scary and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Get well Kanye you crazy fucker.
