Genesis is over here putting out hypotheticals, meanwhile Toyota is basically rubbing it in my face that the GR Yaris won’t be coming here

It’d be pretty compelling at A5 Coupe/C Coupe/4 series money (or slightly less as Genesis is wont to do)
No one said it couldn’t be done. People said it was over priced and less efficient then existing transit options.
Everyone knew it could be done, its just pointless and dumb
“less cars sold in the long-term.”
thing with dino juice is its usually a mile away and only takes 5 mins to add 400 miles of range
a crosswalk? 830 hp and this size... you’re not any safer indoors unless you’re on the 2nd floor. This thing will come kill you in your house, at work, at the Dr. Walls are nothing to this thing
This is a very important statement. A truck of this size and heft needs roughly 400 HP and 450-500 ft-lbs to get out of its own way. It certainly doesn’t need supercar-like acceleration, especially for low-speed rock crawling and, of course, 75 mph trips to the mall.
There's already a startling number of people who forget what pedal they're on and then go into a blind panic as they ram a gas station. The acceleration on the pedestrian EVs is going to lead to some interesting consequences.
Do they offer 120 or 180 month loans yet? I could see some people taking one for this truck.
TLJ still has some of the best Star War’s visuals even in Lego form.
The harley lifestyle nowadays is a bit different from back then. A movie about fat old white guys who join qanon and try to overturn the government might not be the advertising that harley wants.
Still in my 30s and listen to Aerosmith. Sure its old but its still good. My first concert was Aerosmith on their Get a Grip tour.
HD’s only move is weaponizing “irony”at this point
I mean, if 50-60 is your target market, then yeah. But that is just doubling down on all their problems.
You are wildly missing the point.
See, I don’t think of it as “nothing in the box”. Rey’s parents being nobodies is a good twist, because her character arc can build off that in interesting ways. Compare to her being Palpatine’s granddaughter, which added nothing interesting.
I’m still sceptical of the notion that Abrams actually had any plans. He had mystery boxes, which Johnson played out pretty effectively.
Most of those “story possibilities” existed entirely in the fans’ imaginations. Rey as a lost Skywalker kid? Finn as a Jedi? Leia as the Churchill-like leader of a crippled Republic? Luke as the crusty leader of a posse of Seven Samurai-style itinerant Force-users? Snoke as some sort of ancient Lovecraftian menace? Oka…
The difference is people will miss Blockbuster.
