@d4rk-h4x0rer: There are two possible answers. On the Gameboy, there were 2 sidescrolling Pokemon pirate games. It could've been a smurfs hack or the sonic hack mentioned earlier.

@Cloud_Hiro: I meant that switching the main character's sprite at a certain point of time has only recently become feasible. The rest shouldn't be hard, yet the cutscene thing is still unlikely to be true, seeing as the maximum for a certain party of Pokemon would have space for 6 values.

@Xeno: That was the best thing I've ever seen. Ever.

Amazing.

I liked the Lavender Town theme story. The one with the first copies of the game having a tone that caused 12 year olds to commit suicide.

@AcidSnake: It most likely doesn't exist.

@Benguin: I read that on Youtube. Nyeh, Blue was an asshole anyway.

@Travakh: This story made me tear up. I'm fucking scared now.

@d4rk-h4x0rer: Here it is. It's supposedly a Sonic game hack.

@d4rk-h4x0rer: OH MY GOD, YES. That's a pretty infamous hack. If I remember correctly, the Pikachu was really ugly or something. It was a hack of a Smurfs game, IIRC. I would look it up, but it scares me, and tis nighttime.

NO THIS SHIT ISN'T REAL.

@Microshock: Yes, compare a near finished game to a game that's 10 percent complete, and in fucking 3D. I bet the real shaders, textures, anti-aliasing, models, and effects aren't even done yet.

@ClevelandRock: All three of those systems had horrible launch title lineups. The 3DS already has 70 titles that'll most likely be released within a year or two after the system's release.

@Live N Learn: I think the only reason they did that was due to the fact that Japan needed a bit more uplifting of DS sales. The US and Japan are bound to get it at the same time, like how the Wii and DS both simultaneously came out at the same time. Also, Nintendo seems to be showing the 3DS to the public in both

@webdevmike: Revision 1 will most likely come two years after release. By the type of hype surrounding this device, if you don't pre-order it, you're practically going to wait that long anyway.

The DS's release date and price (I believe) were announced in September. Am I the only one seeing a strange mirror of events between the two? I think it'll launch in November, priced at $200.

@Solid2TheSnake: Yes. I also traded a level hundred shiny Lugia (most likely hacked) for a Vulpix. I got bored, okay?
