A lot of what leads up to a collision is controlable. Though, I’ll agree that population density (due to where you live) is a controllable factor and one that should count against you.

Or hike up the rates of those who are causing the accidents a bit more. If I have a great driving record, why should I help pay for the person who’s crashing all the time?
Problem is insurance needs to be heavily regulated. They always increase prices but never cut them.
So when gas prices go back up we will undoubtedly see this increase reversed because less people are driving, right? Or...no...
All of the things mentioned in the video is still applicable in 2016. Unfortunately almost NO ONE follows these rules anymore. This video needs to be made into a modern version, and be shown to anyone who is getting a license, or is renewing it.
And they probably carried BB guns sometimes too.
We all played outside, by ourselves, at that age.
It was good for me. I could walk wherever I wanted to and check out the whole world. Later on I got a bike and could freely check out a ten times wider space. And look, I’m 61 and not even dead yet!
