Guys, I think we are drawing the wrong conclusions here. That silhouette is clearly of a horse or pony, and Gabe Newell wore that horse head mask recently. Coincidence? I think not. The only logical conclusion that we can now draw is that Half Life 2 Ep. 3 or Half Life 3 will have Pokemon in it.
