Concerned about tariffs on parts so you bought an aging Italian EV?  Good choice....

What about the Kappa platform from GM, designed in 2002 for Pontiac as the Solstice which was released in 2006 and re-bodied as the Saturn Sky in 2007 which was also rebadged as the Opel GT internationally.

Pontiac - a modern Firebird or GTO would be amazing and I am sad that we never got to see what the Solstice could have grown into

Camry Cristobal

My parents had a small screened in porch pool house that a tree had fallen on. it was unsafe to be in and after cutting out two walls the roof hadn’t completely fallen. We wrapped chains through the back windows and hooked it up to my dads 02 Dakota and proceeded to rip the building down. I was 17 at the time and it

General Motors should have had 4 divisions, GMC as the commercial no nonsense utility brand, Chevrolet as the every mans brand, Cadillac as the luxury high end brand, and Pontiac as the skunkworks development brand.
GMC can be the stripped down commercial trucks and vans

False, the Solstice and the entire Kappa platform was engineered from the ground up as a Pontiac.  It was badge engineered into the Saturn Sky and the Opel GT

Remember when this site used to have articles about actual wrenching and not just a follow along as some one pays to have something built....

The media so quick to report on this one! it was weeks ago and they can’t even get the guys name right and can only talk about how he was a basketball player...probably because all basketball players obviously have gang ties.

Just more unnecessary disproportionate violence from people in power who shouldn’t be.

I was firmly anti-mini-van and we were gifted a 2007 Dodge Caravan by my brother in law. We had it for 4 years and it had over 300k miles, no AC and the radio stopped working. It was time to replace it.  My wife wanted the kia carnival and I absolutely refused. This was in 2022 and was a first model year. I convinced

Ceramic coating is worth its weight in gold in areas with a lot of road salt. It slows down the build up and makes cleaning so much easier

woah calm down boomer, who pissed in your cheerios?

I am a certified lead auditor for AS9100 Rev D. (Aerospace Quality Management Systems) and there is a lot wrong with the things that have come to light.

Impreza. The answer is Impreza. I had a 2021 Impreza hatchback with a manual transmission. It was one of my favorite cars I have ever owned. Only reason I moved on from it was that our family needed a new minivan during the covid craziness and the dealer waived the $10k market adjustment and gave me $6k more than I

oh man think of the crowds you could plow through!  (assuming you mean the Ford Mustang and not a P-51 Mustang, but either way would be fun)

I just bought a 2017 Camry used with only 17k miles on it and I have been loving it.  This winter may prove me wrong going from my AWD Impreza to a FWD Camry but I could definitely see myself in an AWD Camry down the road.  They are surprisingly good practical cars that aren’t painfully dull to be behind the wheel of.

Brake hold, we have it in our 2022 Sienna and I just don’t like coming to a stop and having the car hold itself there when I take my foot off the brake, its probably convenient but my brain thinks that something is broken because the engine will shut off too (and run on EV mode) and my brain thinks I need to

welcome to late stage capitalism where 99.9999% of us lose

I didn’t want to go full EV and I felt like for the options at the price point we were at to get something that was AWD with the best EPA estimates out of the bunch with the warranty toyota offered it made a lot of sense for us.  We managed to get an XLE with AWD, sunroof, roof rails, all weather mats, tow package

No paid a slight markup but one that I can live with.
