Legendary Contagion with the perk that lets it spread more times is very OP. You basically don’t have to worry about non-boss enemies at all after that. For the bosses, Short Circuit and Overheat have you covered.

I used hacking for offense almost exclusively in the late game, it works fine. If you have legendary-grade Contagion, Overheat, and Short Circuit with a legendary cyberdeck, you basically don’t need a gun.

In terms of final game quality, or in terms of production mess? If it’s the former, there are hundreds of games worse than Cyberpunk. If it’s the latter, Duke Nukem Forever comes to mind first.
