I always struggle with something like “10 times less.” I can understand 10 times more, but wouldn’t it be easier to say “makes 1/10th”? If he makes $10 million and she makes $1 million, he makes 10 times more and she makes 10% of what he makes. Earning $9 million less doesn’t make it “10 times less.”

They had reasonable suspicion. They witnessed the driver leaving a house occupied by the suspect. The driver matched the description of the suspect. They pulled them over, initially thinking they were a suspect.
