I worked in StL and never heard of a liquor card. My little brother currently works at a restaurant in KC’s Westport. I just checked with him. He serves liquor and doesn’t have a card. Had no idea what I was talking about. Maybe they relaxed enforcement.

I worked in MO restaurants between 2004-2011. I can think of 6 felons off the top of my head that openly sold and served customers alcohol. I never heard of this law being enforced or even existing.

Also, Jackie Chan was there. He sang and sounded really good.
