No, dig *up*, stupid.

As did I. I saw it in theatres with my friend in high school and we both loved it and talked about it, even the “cliffhanger” ending. I’m 33 now and don’t know if I would enjoy much of it now, but I’ll be damned if I let any cynicism sully a fun memory.

That and relying way too heavily on celebrity guest stars. When it’s just “let’s find something for Aram Kachaturian to do” you’re running out of ideas.

Clearly!

I think you might be right, but Chadwick seems nice enough and happy to be here, unless I’ve missed something. And as far as Breaking Bad fans go, he was a good one, which is probably a net positive against all the #teamwalt collection of characters who were vocal at the time.

Is it, though? None of the qualities shown in any of the characters are anything typically stereotypical of Asian people, and his own racism against them is something he overcomes.

To me, any mention of Tom Green always brings to mind that skit he did on his show where he put a very small amount of dog shit on the end of his microphone and then walked around interviewing people about life in New Jersey.

As many years ago, my friends and I attended the opening in our town. It was exciting. We expected a stacked house, and it was almost just us. Everyone clapped at the initial ‘Indy Hat’ moment. The actual film reel caught fire and burned, exactly at the end, which was not an effect, unless a middle-town movie theatre

This new format makes it hard to see if anyone’s addressed this, but it’s less racism than ackowledgment of racism in an old character who learns against it.

I’ve seen that movie God knows how many times and I literally just found out Nicky Katt was in it.

It’s funny, I’ve gone to bat for that voice for two reasons: a) The obvious one, that he’s a celebrity who needs to disguise his voice, and b) That it may be a stylistic choice either by Nolan or Bale to contrast his clunky, awkward voice against the Joker, who is both the cool kid in the conversation and the picture

Loving sand. Like it isn’t coarse, and doesn’t get everywhere.

That was just a test run. I don’t like this.

I for one welcome our new insect overlords.

I realize that I'm a fairly middling figure here, but I'll miss you guys.

Aw, really? I've already lost my grandmother and my dog in the last month.

Does .. anyone want to switch seats?

Eh, it wasn't a lie at the time.

I was never that athletic, but I discovered a whole new level of ass to kick when it came to Goldeneye. Those C-buttons that the author decries - I lived in those buttons. The 'C-strafe aim' function' - in which you hold down the 'R' button and use a C to appear for a fraction of a second - has a trick to it. Do it

Eh, in execution more so than in theory. I have no issue with "Christian themes" or any general viewpoint tended toward a demographic. For the most part, though, those movies are terrible. But still, "Ew, Christians" is a counterpoint that has always fallen far short of interesting.
