I don’t think motorized skateboards will ever merge with trick-oriented skating. We are puritans at heart. But for transportation, they are awesome.

I use an ActionCam (Sony’s version of GoPro) while skating on occasion but that’s about it. I tried an Apple Watch for a while but it got too distracting.

I have a DJI Phantom but I am the worst pilot ever. I was chasing my kids with it while they skated down the street, when it promptly hit a tree and exploded. Still works though.
