a different ubisoft guy is now joking about about it with a naughty dog guy so maybe its far from a rip-off and more about one person not knowing about how it was okayed

its looking more like they got the rights to use it and someone didnt know about it so went off on twitter about it. Alex Hutchinson creative director at ubi and Jonathan Cooper Animator at Naughty Dog are joking about this on twitter... its probably a nice easter egg/homage
