You’re so right. I don’t give 2 shits about who can turn pre packaged cotton candy and canned chicken in to a dinner in 40 minutes. Give me HD close ups of 3 star food!

This really is top-notch food cinema. I wish Food Network would stop churning out all that schlock and take notice. I realize it’s not cheap to produce, but honestly those reality shows make me want to vomit, which doesn’t really work well for a food network.

I absolutely love this show. It’s shot so beautifully and the interviews are fascinating. Dominique Crenn and Grant Achatz were some of my favorites this season.
